Very bad attention from the person at the reception. A rather unpleasant, despotic, ironic and stubborn older lady. I suggested taking another photo because I caught a glimpse of the one he took and he told me that he would just try it again... and it turned out worse, I had to put up with it, it's my ID and I'm paying a fortune (€50) I think I deserve at least Take a decent photo with just the push of a button. The responses are deplorable when I ask where I should go after taking the psychotechnical tests and especially when he gives me the receipt and I ask if I should take it before it expires or only after.
